Irina Paraschivoiu

I am a young professional with experience in capacity building, local development, urban planning and designing methodologies for sustainable urban development. I hold a BA in Communication Sciences and European Studies from the University of Bucharest and a MSc in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
I have worked with a variety of organisations in the public and non-profit sector and in 2010 I co-founded an NGO based in Bucharest, the Creative Room.
I currently conduct research on intra-urban disparities through the Open Society Foundations' Think Tank Young Professionals Development Programme.
