The Friends of YA is a sub-network of the AESOP Young Academics Network. It has been created to allow current members of the YA Network to stay involved as they move onto more advanced stages of their professional careers. The status of Friends of YA also is given to supporters of YA Network activities. Members of this network occasionally will be invited to assist with future YA events and initiatives such as serving on YA Special Session panels, and chairing or hosting YA Meetings. Friends of YA will receive the YA newsletter and will have full access to all YA Papers.
