Conference Best Paper Prize Differences and Connections: Beyond Universal Theories in Planning, Urban, and Heritage Studies
As a tradition in AESOP Young Academics Network conferences, each year one paper is awarded the conference best paper prize by an international journal. A Jury consisting of the Editor of the invited journal and the Chairs of the four sessions meet to collectively select the best paper. The idea behind the Award is to encourage young academics towards publication in refereed journal and provide them with experiences in the authorship process. All full papers submitted on time would be qualified for the competition. The winner will be announced in the conference dinner. The Best Paper Prize of the 2015 YA conference will be awarded by Taylor and Francis' Urban Research and Practice, the Journal of the European Urban Research Association, and one of the most important journals in the area of urban studies and policy.
